Am I really a failure?

Am I really a failure?  This question begs for a million dollar answer... As a StartUp CEO, one of the biggest emotions I've had to deal with is mastering the emotion of fear. Since coming back fully in the business scene in 2015 after more than a year hiatus, my first fear has always been that of failure. Fear of project launch failure, fear of people not accepting my ideas, fear of folks not wanting to drink from my knowledge as a coach, fear of being seen as "unserious" in the knowledge and coaching industry because my business is in entertainment and media.... Lots of fears. Many startup CEOs have these fears. However, they either deal with it or it deals with them and their business. Then see the finished product of all of these precious materials in your mind. Hold that picture like a light at the end of the tunnel and walk towards it ignoring the hammer, chisel, heat, distilling process because they are simply making you that finished product you have in mind. (I can still work from home whenever I like - Freedom). Though little steps, question is, in your opinion, am I really a failure?
